November was a busy month. Almost all elementary projects got new releases, and
there was the usual amount of package updates for golang, python, and rubygem
packages.
fedora updates
elementary packages
In preparation for the release of elementaryOS 5.1 on December 4, new releases
for almost all elementary projects were tagged and published. That meant a lot
of packaging work for me 😆️ The tables below hold the information and links to
the upstream release notes and git changelogs, as always.

“made for elementary” packages
I managed to add a simple patch for fixing compilation issues of Appeditor
with the latest versions of vala.
golang packages
The release schedule of Syncthing seems to have slowed down, and this month’s
release is already available on fedora now. I also updated one Go library to its
latest version.
ruby packages
Two new releases for the rubygem packages I maintain were published, and the
fedora packages are already up-to-date again.
python packages
The latest version of the pyrsistent python package is also already available
from the fedora repositories.
COPR updates
elementary-staging
These Switchboard plugs are not yet ready for inclusion in the official fedora
repositories, but at least the latest releases are now available from COPR and
ready for testing.
elementary-appcenter
I also updated the Monitor application to the latest upstream release.
