It’s time to wrap up an interesting week – this time, there’s more updates for the packages of the Stewardship SIG to report on than than updates for my own packages … strange times, indeed.
The latest stable release of the
package finally fixes the crashes that have been happening with the latest
version of go on fedora 30 and rawhide, and it is fixed for both releases now.
|golang-github-oschwald-maxminddb-golang||1.3.1||1.fc31, 1.fc30||1.3.0 → 1.3.1|
Also, a new release of the
ruby-progressbar ruby gem has been released last
week, featuring some small new features, and fixes for displaying progressbars
on non-TTY outputs.
|rubygem-ruby-progressbar||1.10.1||1.fc31, 1.fc30, 1.fc29||1.10.0 → 1.10.1|
Lastly, I updated the package for the
gala window manager to the latest
state of the upstream git repository – which brings a fix for the window
minimization animation when using a display scaling factor other than 1.
|gala||0.3.1||0.27.20190531.git1024813.fc31, 0.27.20190531.git1024813.fc30, 0.25.20190531.git1024813.fc29||3ae100d → 1024813|
Stewardship SIG packages
This week, we worked on getting some unproblematic version updates for our packages merged into fedora. These four package updates were considered good, and have already been pushed to fedora rawhide. I hope that we will be able to continue cleaning up the heap of outdated Java packages we’ve taken responsibility of.
|plexus-classworlds||2.6.0||1.fc31||2.5.2 → 2.6.0|
|apache-parent||21||1.fc31||19 → 21|
|maven-resolver||1.3.3||1.fc31||1.3.1 → 1.3.3|
