Another week, another round of updates. There’s been some updates for elementary applications and desktop components, and for the Notes-up note-taking application, as well. I’m also working on polishing the Pantheon DE experience in time for the release of fedora 30. Unrelated to that, I founded a new Special Interest Group (SIG) for fedora, but that deserves a separate post.

fedora updates

I updated both the Files and Camera packages on fedora to the latest upstream versions. Both brong updated translations, and the Files update also features visual improvements and small bug fixes.

elementary-camera 1.0.4 1.fc31, 1.fc30, 1.fc29 1.0.3 → 1.0.4

I also updated the Sound and Pantheon Shell plugs for Switchboard. Both include updated translations, and the Sound plug also contains a big improvement for the handling of output devices.

COPR updates

I updated my package of the Notes-up Markdown note-taking application to the latest version, 2.0.0. The list of new features is way too long to do justice here, so just go and read the upstream announcement.
