this week in fedora (2018w52)
Due to the holidays and a short vacation, this was a pretty quiet week. The only
new update is – finally – the latest version of syncthing
.
fedora updates
I’ve finally bitten the bullet and just switched the syncthing
builds on fedora
back to using vendored dependencies, after having tried herding the golang
package cats for far too long already – and with versions 0.14.53
and later,
some dependencies on fedora were just too ancient (commit from 2015!) to even
attempt patching syncthing
to adapt to these old versions. So, starting with
this build, the vendored dependencies are used again.
package | version | releases | changes |
---|---|---|---|
syncthing | 0.14.54 | 1.fc30, 1.fc29, 1.fc28 | 0.14.52 → 0.14.54 |
