With all these packages and updates in place, a Pantheon session should be available from official fedora packages only! The only packages that have yet to be included in fedora are the various switchboard plugs (which shouldn’t be too much work), the Pantheon polkit agent and the lightdm greeter for Pantheon.
Also, one of the upstream elementary and gsignond developers (tintou) is actively working on making gsignond work on fedora, so stay tuned for updates on that! The “Online Accounts” switchboard plug and pantheon-mail are unavailable due to the missing gsignond package right now, but that could change in the near future.
